Mouse focus

Hello
I am currently using Suse 10.2 and I have two monitors. When I full screen on a game it expands over the two monitors making it useless so I have to keep the game in window mode. The makes it difficult when the sides of the games are used for scrolling the screen. Is it possible to lock the mouse in a window. This way when I am playing a game it prevents the mouse from exiting the game.
