Kernel 2.6 RPMs -- When?

Does anybody knows where can I get RPMs for the 2.6 kernel (SuSE 9.0) . I saw the SRPM but it was preconfigured and I hate to configure it.
Don't they have dates for such things?

You could always hit www.kernel.org and grab the sources.

Or just wait for the full rpm release.

There, I found it in some website here:
http://mirrors.mathematik.uni-bielef...xel/i386/i586/

You should use the default kernel unless you have two processors or over 4gig of RAM.

Alright. I am now running kernel 2.6.3. I don't see too many changes yet, but it's still cool to say - "I use 2.6, and you don't!"

As for now the kernel works smoothly on my machine.
My brother's machine has an old AWE who refuses to work. Linux says that it can't run the module "snd-sbawe" even though the module is loaded and even set to autoload.

My brother's gonna kill me if he finds out he can't play pingus with sound turned on...
