Unhappy Can i mount a linux hard drive partition in mac OSX

Hello,

I got a Kernel Panic on Debian9. Before trying to fix it, I would like to copy some data in another disk. So i have removed the hard drive from the laptop and connected it to my other computer : a macbook pro.

But it seems that I can't mount the partition where are my files... Should it be possible to mount a linux partition in osx ?

Thank you for reading !

This suggests a way to do it using FUSE on Mac OS. Haven't tried it myself.

Your O/S needs to have the right filesystem utilities, it will depend on what your Mac supports, some O/S only support ext2.

You may find it easier to use a 'live' distro to access your disk.

Yes, live either on original or other x86 maybe. Might even boot to linux on this mac or run a vm.

Anyway for ext4...https://apple.stackexchange.com/ques...-on-el-capitan
