Problem in Booting from BackTrack 4 live CD


When I try to boot from BT 4 live CD it shows a grub prompt.
What should I do to get Terminal.

The problem is that i am not getting the terminal (# prompt) but instead am showedup with the (grub> ) prompt.....
where do i go from here.
