Backtrack 4 Live CD creation help

Well I downloaded ubuntu (that I cannot get off my computer no matter what I try) and I now have a general understanding of how linux works, I would like to create a live CD for Backtrack and I was wondering if anyone could point me to a guide or could assist me in any way. I would also like to create a dual boot with backtrack and windows vista being on the same computer but I don't know if backtrack can overwrite ubuntu to create more space. Thank you in advance for your help. =)

Nah not to remaster the CD just to eliminate the ubuntu partition and replace it with backtrack. Thank you for the links. But as a clarification I would primarily like to know how to get the backtrack iso onto a CD.

Thank you for your help again. The download for the iso is regrettably taking 2-3 hours (ET keeps changing) but I'm sure it wont be too hard to get backtrack on my computer
