Fedora boot splash: show blue bars?

Hi,
I am using Fedora 23 on my Laptop. In a VirtualBox I also have a Fedora 23. When I start the VirtualBox, I can see a boot splash screen of that blue bar growing from left to right. However, if I boot my laptop, I cannot see anything. I remember that I read some things about plymouth and stuff which need to be configured. But I could not figure out what the problem is. However, what can I do to show this blue bar on my laprop as well during boot?

Here's a link about plymouth for Fedora-
https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US...-Plymouth.html

Maybe try adding rhgb to the kernel grub line as this thread suggests to rm it to get the opposite effect.
Perhaps the opposite will work.

You can change your boot theme too if you like.

Maybe you are missing a library or plugin that makes that blue bar at boot up start?
I'm not sure what engine/lib or configuration file makes the blue bar initialize; sorry. Try Google.
