Googling OP's nick reveals many, many pages on different sites where loads of this type of information is posted. Delusions of grandeur if you ask me. None of it makes any sense at all.

Everyone so far has been rather patient with trying to figure this out. You know it's often difficult to guess what another member is trying to convey. I think that most of the replies are genuine and are trying to figure out what you are asking.

I am still at a loss to understand how the two parts are connected.
jefro,

I always delete/purge Konqueror, so no, not that! True most are trying to understand, but rather obvious, that even when it was available, they never used it so therefore lack the understanding.

The 2 screen shots are: 1.) Dolphin, 2.) FireFox

I'll try to get a screenshot of "Quadrant" later, but lots of work to do 2day! If I can get the right Hot Key assigned for "Shutter" I'll be able to capture the "Move Menu" I wqas talking abouot.

Cheers!

dugan,

Know, been a member since it's inception! Started with a group of IBM and MCI network admins that foresaw the coming security issues and wanted to "be ahead" of the problems. I was consulting at MCI at the time, so became one of the original members and still am 2day!

That was certainly one of those internet things I'd like to unsee, or at least get the 5min back I spent on this.
No mention of the Italo-Indian Space Consortium either...

What really bothers me is that we are helping this individual to build up business web presences to lure & befuddle unsuspecting & innocent victims.

Yeah, sorry about that. If nothing else, it just cements everyone's thoughts on this particular thread...utter nonsense. At least it's Friday and I have beer

Oh wait, no, I see: it does exist, but we cannot see it because it's so secret! Yet we must obey its laws, globally! Resistance is futile!

It's been interesting to get to know you a little better & get some background for your questions.
Yup, it's a real search engine "nope"

I haven't seen one of those in a very long time.

I even tried with Bing and, sure enough, it's something I don't see often.

All,

This is supposed to be about a technical problem, not ramblings of the uniformed. Sorry I brought up the legal side of this as that has thrown so many "off track"!

1. We’re asking to be Informed about both the “technical problem” and the “legal side”
2. “Ramblings of the uninformed” is offensive...at least to me. Folks are asking you to explain/clarify what you’re talking about...in both cases.
3. Thank you for the apology.

We are not uniform. Resistance is futile.
And who exactly is rambling in this thread? Rambling about non-existent consortia with superpowers?

This amounts to 6 pages of trolling. "IISC" does not exist. Nor do the supposed legal standard, "super windows", etc. The same goes for the random dates he's pulled from his arse.

Looks like a window manager that allows for top-level application windows to be reparented into the decorations of an existing application window, adding tabs to the title bar to allow selection of the windows displayed, presumably also supported by keyboard hot keys for management.

I'm not a KDE guy, so no idea whether that feature is still in recent 'kwin' versions. My guess is that it's not a well used feature and that most people would just use different desktops/workspaces to achieve a similar grouping effect.
