My Arm

I am a Jr. Linux Admin for the US Government (DoD) and well...it's a pretty geeky job but I love it and would not rather do anything else...I have decided to kind of counter balance my geekyness with a small tattoo. It's only the outline, details and color will come later...just wanted to post some pics since I think I am the only person on LQ with a sleeve. Please don't post anything negative...

I don't think I could get inked myself but what's the final plan for your design? The outline looks, pretty cool (but also, umm, painful and expensive but I'm not sure I can picture what the end result will be.

That's a small tatoo? Lol.

Looks good so far. Hope to see the final design when it's done.

It's a natural earth themed design...I don't like skulls or naked chicks on my body - I think that looks kind of trashy so I thought flowers, water, and wind bars would be something I would enjoy. It was a big decision going all the way to the wrist and wondering if I will hate in 10-20-30 years but I know as long as I can look back and remember the joy or a period in my life where I was happy, I will never regret this as it is a look back on my life and things that I have done. I go back for the final in 2 weeks...I will update pics for those that are interested.

I've had my tatto for 13 years and still love it - I look forward to seeing the finished tat.
