ARM gurus please help

I'd like to choose armbe-linux-gcc compiler as default rather than armbe-linux-g++,
What options can I set for automake/autoconf
Thanks
Jack

makefiles usually have CC defined as the c compiler CC=/path/to/gcc etc. u can try that. but that'll only work if u're compiling C programs and not C++. gcc automatically invokes the g++ part if u're compiling C++ progs.
