Network card


Hi!! Iv installed the fedora core 2 but it seems the network cards are disconnected...the adsl connection works though...
I have one network card connected to the adsl modem and the other one to the lan...
Help please...is that the reason why the lan doesnt work??
Can u help me?? im a newbie!!

Hi please post the output of 'ifconfig -a'

If you are stumped by even that basic request, then you need to get yourself a 'beginning Linux' book. Trust me - you will never get an answer from this forum on how to use the graphical configuration tools - you will always be directed to the command line and you need to be able to use it.

You could read this:

I will read it. ifconfig -a is what u type on the konsole right?? I will try it and post it here!
