network installation of RH7.3 on laptop with pcmcia network card.

I am hoping to do an installation of RedHat 7.3 on a laptop I have with a bung CDRom..
I figure a network installation is the go but my laptop has a pcmcia network card..

what is the trick?

the boot images I have on my distribution allow me either a pcmcia bootdisk or a network bootdisk the pcmcia bootdisk doesn't give me the option of connecting to a network and the network bootdisk doesn't load pcmcia!
