installed debian while installing grub2 on / partition (Not MBR). Now trying to install grub on MBR. I used supergrub2 to boot into my debian install. Then tried installing grub2 using
Quote:
[ sudo grub-install /dev/sda
which gave this error:
Quote:
/usr/sbin/grub-setup: warn: Your embedding area is unusually small. core.img won't fit in it..
/usr/sbin/grub-setup: warn: Embedding is not possible. GRUB can only be installed in this setup
what now? supergrub2 doesn't seem to have an option to restore the grub to the MBR...
