gcc44

I just wanted to install gEdit (my favorite text editor/IDE ) on Mac OS X and gcc44 is taking HOURS to compile. It sucks because it makes my laptop a usable stove. Not good.

I have been pretty depressed lately (i.e. my 'About Me' with ambiguous and negative details), for a lot of reasons. Won't go into that, but this is a positive development.

Yesterday, I applied for a job at Wal-Mart. They had several positions open at two different stores near my location. I am trying for a full-time job, but also signed up for half-time and temporary jobs just to get one. This would be my first job, although being 18 I feel more mentally prepared for it then I...

A really awesome band y'all should listen too NOW. Much better than the mainstream stuff floating around and reminiscent of the 80's era of spectacular music. Much awesomeness this band has. Just putting out the word: The Hives. Worst you could do is Google up a few of their songs and lend them an ear...

Well, I have not really ever had a blog, but I suppose I will make my first attempt at one here on LQ. I'm not going to do too much writing myself, but rather post a few of my favourite quotes that for one reason or another really mean something to me.
