Hmmm, I have been using Thunderbird on Slackware and does not seem laggy, but I am very curious to try out this Claws program!
Claws is excellent. Feature-rich and infinitely configurable. Sylpheed is a very nice alternative. Mutt if you are happy using the terminal and console.
Ok, installed claws and the plugins from sbopkg. Now it gives me an error saying 'Can't connect to IMAP4 server: imap.gmail.com:993' then I select 'close'.
I closed it and opened it again, it now gives me this error:
Code:
Claws Mail has detected a configured mailbox, but it is incomplete. It is possibly due to a failing IMAP account. Use "Rebuild folder tree" on the mailbox parent folder's context menu to try to fix it.
I do the rebuilding but after sometime it just gives me the 'Can't connect to IMAP4 server: imap.gmail.com:993' error again if I select view log this is in the log
