kde 3.2 theme problem.

I was going to change my theme and when I opened the theme option from the control center I got this error.

The diagnostics is:

Library files for "libkcm_kthememanager.la" not found in paths

Possible reasons:

--An error occurred during your last KDE upgrade leaving an orphaned control module

--You have old third party modules lying around.

Check these points carefully and try to remove the module mentioned in the error message. If this fails, consider contacting your distributor or packager.

have you checked your paths?
that seems to be the major problem reported in the error message

how did you install/upgrade kde?
maybe the library file has become corrupted and you need to reinstall it

I don't know what paths to check, or what they should or shouldn't be...

To upgrade I went to init level 3, ran the command pkgtool, removed all the kde 3.1 files, and quanta.

Then I used pkgtool to install all the 3.2 packages.

Did you uninstall the old QT and replace it?

The ld.so.conf file is as follows.

/usr/local/lib
/usr/X11R6/lib
/usr/i486-slackware-linux/lib
/opt/kde/lib
/usr/lib/qt/lib
/usr/lib/mozilla-1.4

And for the second, I installed the qt that comes with kde 3.2, and didn't know I was doing it, because I didn't look at the package list as well as I should have, but it's installed and I removed the old version...could that have messed something up?
