kde.org highest rated KDE theme

I was browsing around KDE-look.org and I clicked on most downloaded KDE themes and I was perplexed to find out it is XP look alike theme.

That's really sick. I don't know how anyone could like the comic book look of xp. I like the 9x look though. But I certainly wouldn't want that running on Linux, yuck.

Perhaps the highest rated doesn't mean most popular.

I take it to mean it's been voted to be of very high quality -- closest to XP there is?
Someone can create a great looking theme, have everyone agree that it's great, and then it not be really popular?

I think you're reading more into it than there is

Granted, for the purpose of the theme, it accomplished it excellently, so I would give it a near-perfect rating, it does an excellent job of looking just a yucky as XP's blue "theme."
