Question Multiple Monitors

Would anybody be able to tell me if its possible to have two monitors on RedHat 9, one running X and the other just as a Console.

I've read about Xinerama but these seems to provide X on both monitors only, not X on one and Console on the other. Is this correct?

how do you expect to focus the mouse/keyboard on one display or the other?

It's probably possible, but xinerama with a terminal window open get you there a little easier.

I was hoping to use a key combination like CONTROL-ALT-F9 etc, just like CONTROL-ALT-F1/2/3/4/5/6 switches between consoles.

For example, in inittab one of my lines is: -

6:2345:respawn:/sbin/mingetty tty6

I was hoping to be able to replace tty6 with the device for the second video card, but i've no idea what it would be.
