FreeBSD bootloader, overwrite with lilo

Hi,
I tried FreeBSD briefly, and then decided to switch back to Slackware. When I did so, I noticed that when I reinstalled lilo in my MBR, it installed "after" FreeBSD's bootloader. It's not a big problem, but now, at the FreeBSD bootloader screen, I have to select linux, and then lilo comes up. How can I over write the FreeBSD bootloader totally with lilo so it wont come up anymore? It's sort of redundant, espeically now that I no longer run FreeBSD.

Make sure that the default boot device is /dev/hda in your /etc/lilo.conf and then run /sbin/lilo.
