create lilo.conf or grub.conf through commands


hello everybody!

are there any commands to create a auomatically /etc/lilo.conf or /etc/grub.conf.

i know we can create them manually.

thanks.

Which distro? I think 'liloconfig' will do it in Slack. Think that's the script that does it initially at install and would presumably do it anytime. Not positive, though, so this post comes without any warranty.
