lo: Disabled Privacy Extensions when connecting vsftp

I have set up vsftpd and now when anyone connects to server I got following message in dmesg / /var/log/messages

lo: Disabled Privacy Extensions

How to get rid of it?
I have -1 in /proc/sys/net/ipv6/conf/lo/use_tempaddr and it does not do the trick.
