firefox - disabling "extensions have been disabled" warning

Howdy,
Is there an easy way to prevent the "any old extensions that you have installed have been disabled" warning box from showing when firefox is initially started?

Now before everyone says that it only shows up the first time, I have firefox running from a cd distrobution and ramdrive, so everytime the machine is started it shows this warning, but if firefox is restarted it doesn't show up again unless I remove the entire .mozilla folder in the home dir.

I'm not wanting to put a profile in there manually, but more looking to somehow disable the warning from showing up instead. Any ideas?
