web version of linux bandwidth shaper management tools


Hi,

few days a go, I have visited a website for a commercial web version of linux bandwidth shaper management but I forgot the name, any body can recommend me what web version of bandwidth shaper management tools that I can use to administer user or user group bandwidth based on NIC and Port and Destination?

need advise
