How can anyone help you with this, when you provide no details at all??? Version/distro of Linux on the servers? OS on the clients? Is this only between servers, or from clients to servers? What client software is being used? What did this problem start? Did it EVER work right? If so, what changes have been made recently? Network environment? ANY details AT ALL?????

Best guess? DNS problem. Otherwise, provide details and perhaps we can help. This is the same thing you were told in other threads, like this one:
