problem with wireless connection


Compaq nx6110 laptop with FC6 installed.Dual boot with Win XP. My wireless connection doesn't work in the linux environment. Wireless h/w dwtwcted is Intel Pro Wireless 2200 BG. The led is on but I cannot activate the device.It gives me an error unable to Activate eth1 check connection .....no link.

This may be a firmware problem because that chip is pretty well supported. Please see this post:
