Question Hawking PCMCIA NIC

I recently purchased a Hawking - PN650TX (PCMCIA) NIC. I can not get red hat to see it. I bought it because it said linux ready but it only had a DOS diskette in it. I went to red hat's website and it said to use this:

Kernel Driver: pcnet_cs

Driver Location: Red Hat Linux installation CD

How do I do this?

I found the pcnet_cs.o and pcnet_cs.c and it won't do it. I get this:

modprobe: Can't locate module pcnet_cs
