Question 10/100 Pcmcia Nic

I have a laptop with 2 PCMCIA cards, they are both Xircom 10mbs. One goes straight to my DSL modem and the other one to my 100mbs switch. I just bought a Hawking 10/100 PCMCIA NIC model PN672TX, because it was the only one I could find at the Computer store that said Linux OS. I want to replace the Xircom card that goes to my switch with the Hawking so that all nics on that switch are 100 mbs. Well when I opened it, it only had a floppy with DOS and windows drivers. I have not put it in the laptop yet. My question is what do I need to do to have linux recognize it? Will I more likley be using a driver for the chip set? Need help... Thanks, Jimmy
