okipage 8w lite

Im trying to add a printer in Red hat Printer Config (using redhat 8.0)

When trying to add the okipage 8w lite driver I get the following error 'This driver requires the oki4drv daemon to be running, and it does not appear to be. Do you wish to use it anyway"

I thought I'd installed the oki4drv driver. How can I find out what daemon's are running and why oki4drv isnt working ?
