my subject says it all, i cant get sound in transfusion. it tries /dev/dsp, which i know exists, and it spits an invalid argument. the game itself runs fine, its just without the sound its about 60% as good without sound. anyone?

lsof: command not found. btw, im pretty sure i have nothing else running, i think its a glitch in darkplaces (the transfusion mod engine). i dont know how to fix it or tell it what sound device it needs to go to. btw, /dev/dsp does exist.
I had the same problem just bring up drakconf and specify lsof in the file search box. It is on disk 1 - strange it was not loaded by default as it is a very useful command.
