This is the third forum I am turning for help to. First two threads are located at:

and
http://forums.fedoraforum.org/showthread.php?t=152815
All this started when I tried to go to FC6 from MythDora 2.1 as a test to see if I can restore my backed up Myth Database.
I have now tried MythDora versions 2.1, 2.31, 3.2 and Fedora versions FC4, FC5 and FC6.
I have also renamed my Volume Group
AND my Logical Volume Name to VG01 and LV01 with no dice. So it doesn't seem to be LVM related as I had previously thought.
When I try installing either FC5 or FC6 from the DVD, the install gets to the point where it identifies the monitor mouse etc and then says Starting X and then I just get a black screen with a X on it.
Ctrl+Alt+F1 says X was started. No errors. Ctrl+Alt+F2 has nothing out of the ordinary. It just gives me a # prompt. Ctrl+Alt+F3 also doesn't have any errors except it hangs after saying FCD (or something related to Floppy) not initialized. No errors on this screen either.
I also disconnected the floppy drive to no avail.
Then I tried FC5 and FC6 DVDs in text mode with same results.
All disks running FC4 work fine and I can get to the GUI install screen. Those disks would be FC4, MythDora 2.1 and 2.31.
Finally although I had a hunch, I still burnt MythDora 3.2 and sure enough, that hangs at the same spot where FC5 and FC6 hang.
List of Hardware is as follows.
PowerEdge 400SC with 2.8 HT 800FSB CPU.
1GB RAM
nVidia FX5200 card
Primary IDE Master Device Seagate 40GB PATA HDD
Primary IDE Slave Device Western Digital WD2000JB PATA HDD
Secondary IDE Master Device Memorex/Pioneer DVD RW Drive
Secondary IDE Slave Device Western Digital WD2000JB PATA HDD
Hauppauge PVR250
Hauppauge PVR150
I have also tried disabling one of the 200GB drives from the BIOS and that did not work.
I want to preserve my data on the LVM which runs on the two Western Digital disks.
Any help will be appreciated.
