FC2 on vmware-kernel panic

I have problem installing FC2 on vmware..
installation process succed.
but after reboot i got these mesage...

I'm using vmware version 4.0.0 build-4460 installed on windowsXP

This kind of error comes from not enabling the support for a specific filesystem at boot (thus building into kernel).

However I don't know how it could be left out in vmware at installation. Try playing with filesystem types at install. Especially the /boot partition filesystem

I am having the same problem too.... kernel panic
wat's that?
The installation actually went off fine until reboot the system where it hit this error.
