Ik kan geen rechten instellen; iedereen kan mijn hele blog zien...
Het is ook net iets te omslachtig, heb ik het gevoel.
Verder is het wel redelijk simpel en krachtig, denk ik.

As if weddings were not nerve-wracking enough, there is the added element of the possibility of having to give a speech. There do not appear to be any clear cut rules as to who will give speeches at a wedding, I've heard the best man, the groom, the bride, and the mother-in-laws for possibilities as to who might be giving a speech at a wedding. Skype, Yahoo!, AIM, ICQ - WTF?

No serious IMs/VoIP-clients are mentioned in the user profile. What's wrong with Jabber/XMPP or SIP? Not proprietary enough? Too safe? Not really privacy-smashing and no annoying ads?
Ah, I forgot: <em>Anybody</em> uses AIM, ICQ and Skype. Well, <em>anybody</em> uses Windoze, I guess...

SU in slackware

Couldn't su from my user to root. Tried making a suauth file, no effect. The solution was adding my user to group wheel.

Booting into xdm, kdm or gdm with Slackware

Edit /etc/inittab to boot into runlevel 4

runlevel 4 kills all the gettys except 6 for cli and 3 or 7 for X.

Then edit /etc/rd.d/rc.4 to choose your desktop manager.

Recommend the slackbook for more info.
