Notice: Spoon measurement : 6mlIngredients:
  • 1 spoon small yellow Mustard seeds (Aka Sarson in Hindi).
  • 1/2 spoon Cumin seeds (Aka Zeera in Hindi).
  • 8 Black Pepper corns (Aka Kali Mirch in Hindi).
  • 9 cloves Garlic (Aka Lesun in Hindi).
  • 2 medium Green chillies (Aka Hari mirch in Hindi).
  • 1 spoon Coriander powder (Aka Dhania in Hindi).
  • 1/4 spoon Turmeric powder (Aka Haldi in Hindi).
  • 1/2 spoon Salt.
  • 1 medium Onion.

I remember when Windows Vista was released. There was so much hope and promise. The cool thing then was the whole see through interface. You know the one you had to pay extra for and buy a new graphics card just to support. The cost in time, energy and money was substantial but I, like so many others, shelled out the fare and jumped on board the Vista train. And oh did that ever suck.

I remember talking with different friends in the business about rolling out vista then about rolling...

Windows 7 Sucks!!!

For all of you out there foaming at the mouth for the release of Windows 7, have a seat; IT SUCKS!!!. Windows 7 is really a build of Vista with GUI enhancements along with other OS enhancements. The GUI is designed to run faster than Vista's that is all. XP is still the most reliable OS. Does everyone remember those Mojave commercials on television? Microsoft was trying to determine if they re released Vista with a snappier GUI and a few enhancements if the public would buy it. Inferior products...

Wanna know something wierd ?

So I downloaded NetBSD 4 Live iso, and I have to say, I was truly amazed at the performance of the thing. I mean, whatever they've done, its quite commendable. For one, it has KDE, and not only did it start up quite nicely, it ran much faster than my Fedora 14 live CD with GNOME. I mean, its performance was simply incredible. Hats off to the NetBSD Live! CD team! Too bad that it can't be installed to the hard drive, though.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again - I simply don't...

DNS configuration in RHEL (Forward and reverse zone)

Few things you need to check before starting with configuration:

For explanation I am using 192.168.0.100 (you need to give your machine's IP instead) and all other conventions will vary as per your requirements. So make sure to change them.

Code:
#vi /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0
IPAddr=192.168.0.100 (will vary accordingly)

#vi /etc/resolv.conf
nameserver 192.168.0.100
