US International Keyboard w/Dead Keys

I have set my Keyboard as listed in the tile and it work great with one drawback,

When typing in Espańol I can not get the inverted ?. I have looked on the Keymap under Latin with no success either.

Any help will be appreciated.

okay, you do that with the right Alt key and the ? together.
by the way, mine is set as US international, not "US international with dead keys"
¿algunas preguntas mas?

If you do not set it with the dead keys how do you get the ǹ and leters with the single strike over them?
