How do I turn on menu pics in Gnome 2.30?

Hi everybody!
I have pics turned off in Ubuntu's Gnome 2.30. Especially in "System". I found info how to turn 'em on. Should go

System -> Preferences -> Appearance -> Interface.

But there's no Interface in Appearance.

Please help.
