Angry KDE applications menu replaced by Gnome style menu

Alright, so after installing some gnome dev lib RPM's, I noticed that my entire applications menu has been replaced. Now, in KDE, I can't get to the mandrake control center, or run a terminal without a hassle. How can I change my menu back to the original KDE menu? Also, in KDE, when I click on my "Home" link, Konquorer opens and closes itself in a flash.

exit to console and stype startkde, hopefully you'll get there and can change back to the way it was before

Well I found a solution, I typed in "update-menu" in the console and it seemed to fix everything.
