Suse Linux 10, need to enable quota

I've got how to set the quotas I need on the noob forum, but I'm having trouble figuring out how to enable the system to begin with. I need it to work at start up.

It looks like I need to edit fstab remount the drives, edit some scripts in init.d so that quota starts in case of reboot and then manually start the daemon.

Anyone know how to do all that?
