How to enable quota in 2 different partition

Hello,
I have 2 HDD's (SCSI and IDE) in my linux box. I already enabled quota in one of SCSI HDD partition. Now i want to enable quota also in one of IDE HDD partition. Is it possible to have quotas in 2 different partition in one system ?

Thanks,

visu
