Problem with notebook's modem
Hi to all.
I have a problem with the onboard modem in my laptop ( Laptop: Acer TravelMate 2600, Modem: Acer Incorporated [ALI] IXP AC97 Modem ).
The problem is that i can see the modem in the YaST but when i am try to configure my Dialup connection ( from KPPP ) and Query modem i get error "The Modem Is Busy".
The first time that i config the modem there was not any opption in the "Modem Device"
I set it manualy in the /dev/ttyS1 but when i was try to Query modem from KPPP i get the same error.
I tested all the opptions in the "Modem Device" but from KPPP when i Query modem i get error "Unable to open modem".
There is any how can help me or have met the same problem in the past.
