Question Cant boot with ISCSI on

Im installing SUSE 10, on IBM hardware, without any problems. I use one network card as normal, and the other network card to connect to a ISCSI san. When i have configured the ISCSI initiator and log-on the disk, I got to the LVM, create group, add the new disk and mount it on /VMWare. When I reboot the server, the "reiserfsck" fails to test and leaves me with a system that will not boot. Im pretty new at SUSE and very new at using ISCSI on SUSE. Please help.
