iSCSI Initiator?

I have a RED HAT 9 server (KERNEL 2.4.20-8) installed en I want to connect to a REO2000 series from Overland.
This is a network storage device and you need to connect with initiator software. I do not want use a iSCSI HBA.

I am locking for this software but i can't find it.

Can someone help me to find this software.
