Did you check the disks MD5 sum? Does it give any error messages? What does the screen say when it stops booting?

Please work on your grammer, and what is with the randomly placed 'n's?

Did you burn it as an ISO image file ? In NTI-CD writer, select burn CD from ISO image and select the CD1 iso file and then burn it.

Yea i have burn it. I have burn with Nero now and choose the option Burn Image to Disc but still its now working. In my first post i mentioned that it stops at starting 1.44 MB because that Suse CD 1 was damage n i download it again n checked with WinRar. The new Cd1 was opening fine with WinRar. It means that CD1 is not damage but dont know y its not booting normally.
I also tried to burn it from NTI now . But i gave me error that suse cd 1 size is greater then blank cd. I m using 700 MB sony cd and suse cd 1 file size is 696 MB.

Winrar doesn't support testing .iso files for integrity. You might be able to open it with Winrar, doesn't mean it is not corrupt. You have to use a program like "hashcalc" to calculate the md5sum on the .iso file you downloaded and compare it with the checksum on opensuse.org. Next, you burn it as image to a "blank" CD and choose the "verify data" option when you burn it. Another way would be to run the md5sum on the CD itself. I don't remember if hashcalc lets you do this.

If NTI, is saying file size is too big to fit on the CD, make sure the CD you are burning is really blank. I use NTI myself and have burned SuSE .iso files to blank CDs. If it really is a blank CD and NTI is still complaining, then, I dunno !

Are you trying to make a bootable CD ? I mean, are you selecting the "make bootable CD" option in NTI ?

If the problem persists, let us know what exactly do you see on screen. Where does it stop exactly ? Post the full line of output.

I think you are trying to rrun ahead of yourself ! If you are willing enough to follow the instructions/suggestions sincerely, I guess, you should be able to succeed in your plans.

Do not select "Make bootable CD" option and do not drag and rop the iso file in the Files Pane. Launch NTI and select Data CD. Now select "Write CD from ISO Image" from the File menu (I don't remember exactly where this menu option is. It could be in File menu or some other menu"). This should open a Open File dialog. Now, select the first cd iso file and burn it. No additional steps requiired. When it displays Burn (Or Write CD) dialog select "Verify Data" option (do not change any other option) and burn it. Once done try booting from it and it should work.

You don't have to select "Make bootable CD" as, this would make NTI write DRDOS boot image to the CD and write the iso file as an ordinary file to the CD. This won't get SuSE Linux booting !!

I hope, it is clear enough now. If in doubt, click Help menu form within NTI and read the chapter on how to create CD from an ISO image. There are tens of HOWTOs on the web which describe howto create linux installtion CDs.
