Apache LAMP with 9.3 and amd64

Can anyone tell me if full LAMP operation is available with Suse 9.3 amd 64 bit version.
That is apache, mysql, php all work with minimal setup and https can work as well.

The reason i ask is that Mandrake 10.2 64bit version hangs on external requests and I feel it might be a problem with the 64 bit apache code. I have Mandrake 10.1 and had Suse9.1 working OK but cannot get the latest 10.2 to work.

My worry trying Suse again is the incredible time it takes to set everything up for LAMP whereas Mandrake 10.1 works out of box.

Anyone help in reasuring me so that I can go out and buy it, fed up waiting for Mandrake to fix it's 10.2 64 bit version.
