I think someone posted above that SuSE's answer to this was a mid-April release. There's a link to it somewhere here with the official word from SuSE. Also, see here.
if you already have 9.2 pro installed, how will you go about getting 9.3 installed.. will it be just like an upgrade in yast or what?? i never upgraded from 9.1 to 9.2, i messed with 9.1 then got 9.2 pro and actually dual booted.. now 9.3 is about 2 come out..

Basically you will insert an install CD (DVD, CDROM, FTP-DVD) and after it does a system analysis you will select the upgrade option. Depending on the amount of 3rd party and source packages installed on your system, it will progress nicely or with some hiccups from that point forward.
i bought suse 9.2 pro from pctech101.com so i don't actually have a copy with a manual and junk, what is the deal with that.. is that legal, because u cannot download a copy of 9.2 pro unless all the pro means you get a manual.
I think its legal to redistribute the ftp version, but as for the commercial version, I don't think its legal to sell it because it contains proprietary software and you may violate the softwares licence by passing it on to others.
Is Novell still going to be providing a Personal and Professional version of Suse? I remember reading somewhere that the idea of having the two versions are getting scrapped but I don't know for sure.
9.2 only has the professional version? Then please explain how I downloaded the .iso version of 9.2 personal a couple of weeks ago from Suse's FTP server?
They're not selling Personal on CD or DVD any more - it is free. You can download it or find it in some magazines in an attached CD or DVD.
Note: I'd expect a personal version of 9.3 as well - but like 9.2 I'd expect the personal version of 9.3 to be delayed a month or two.
