What is it you wish to know?
If it is how to get Whax, you download the iso and burn to cd.
If it is how to use Whax, it is a live cd, put it in your cd drive and boot.
If it is how to probe a system then you should check out

To find out how to use the software on the disk, find out what packages are included on the disk and check for man pages, or check online for howto's.
