USB 3 disc. Parent hub missing LPM exit latency info

I have a new USB 3.0 external hard drive and I am wondering if I am getting the transfer speeds I should expect. There is a message in dmesg which leads me to wonder if all is well. How do I check what speeds I am getting? Worker shows file transfer of about 95MiB/s
