In /etc/rc.d/rc.pulseaudio
Code:
# Please note: this is not generally the best way to use PulseAudio!
# Normally pulseaudio will start automatically as-needed with an instance
# per audio user. Unless you really need to use system mode you should leave
# this script non-executable.
pulseaudio is started by /etc/rc.d/rc.M
Code:
blackstar:~:# grep pulse /etc/rc.d/rc.M
if [ -x /etc/rc.d/rc.pulseaudio ]; then
/etc/rc.d/rc.pulseaudio start
grep default.pa /etc/pulse/*
/etc/pulse/daemon.conf:; default-script-file = /etc/pulse/default.pa
/etc/pulse/default.pa:### Allow including a default.pa.d directory, which if present, can be used
/etc/pulse/default.pa:.include /etc/pulse/default.pa.d

sorry for that
cat /etc/pulse/default.pa
but, with all by default, you're not supposed to have problems (at least, that kind of problem)
so I guess you don't really have a "default" pulseaudio config
If it is very rare.
More than anything because I have not made changes, since I installed the "current" version it gave me that problem.
