Exclamation sane 1.0.22 slackware -current


Hello!
My scanner Xerox WC 4118 doesnt work on sane 1.0.22. But 1.0.21 working okay.
In 1.0.22 i even doesnt see my scanner in sane-find-scanner and scanimage -L
Thanks for advice...
P. S. I have scanner group

Hello anti user,

you'll have to be in the scanner and lp group since it is a multifunction-device.

Hello, as i already wrote, i have been in scanner group... Otherside, 1.0.21 version work okay.

Do you access the device via USB or over the network?

did you issue the commands "sane-find-scanner" and "scanimage -L" as root or as a user?

And could you please post (as a normal user!) the output of
