Just used ruario latestfirefox build/repackage script to build/install Firefox 57.0 (64-bit) on Slackware64-14.2
Took about 10 seconds to get used to the new GUI
Fells a lot snapper than 56.0.2
I like it.
My extensions worked right out of the box
Disconnect
Privacy Badger
Invisible Hand
Cookie Auto-Delete
HTTPS Everywhere
uBlock Origin
DuckDuckGo
all except NoScript This worries me.

Reason: added extensions
I am going to wait a while so that some of the add-on hopefully catch up. Getting old to have to continue tweaking a upgrade to work the way I want it too. It seems every time a major upgrade then things break and I need to put more work into getting things back to normal.
I downloaded FF 57 and tried it out, i couldn't care less about the new looks of the UI.
What i did find was that the pre-compiled FF57 didn't have the flash crash on fullscreen that the FF56 in current has.
It's not on all flash clips but some sites had it.

What is wrong?
I don't know, but I just tried and it worked (I am using it to write and send this post).
Please attach the script latest-firefox.sh that you used to your next post. Maybe it's corrupt?
