Nvidia driver distorts display

Hello there, I'm experiencing some odd behavior when using the nvidia proprietary driver for my GeForce 2 card. I've noticed that the more recent drivers really distort my display at the edges of the monitor. This hasn't always been the case, but I'm having trouble finding a version of the driver that doesn't cause this. Any ideas on where I can begin looking into this?

Hello there.
Try to use an older driver and when you find one that works fine, stick to it. Start trying with 70.xx series or so.
Older video cards are being pushed out of support for newest drivers
