KDE no devices available message

I'm running KDE on Slackware 14.2. Every so often, I get a dialog popping up on my screen which has the title "No Devices Available". There is nothing else in the box. I have to click on the screen somewhere near that box to get it to go away. A few hours later, it will pop up again. This only happens every few days.

What is this message trying to tell me? Is there somewhere I can look for more elaborated information?

Only thing I can think of that would show that message is KDE Connect.

I use KDE Connect to communicate with my Android tablet to transfer files.

Are you using KDE Connect or have it running? Bluetooth?

Look through the dmesg log when it happens and see if there are any clues at the end of the log.
Try a google search for no devices available kde:-
